Delete my data

Last updated 7 September 2026

Every route below is free, and none of them require you to speak to anyone first. Pick the one that matches what you want gone.

Data from a connected Instagram account

Two ways, both of which delete the stored access token and the link to your Instagram account:

  1. From Instagram. Open Instagram → Settings and privacyWebsite permissionsApps and websites → find ClipsourcedRemove. Instagram notifies us automatically and we delete our copy without you asking.
  2. From Clipsourced. Sign in → SettingsPublishing connectionsDisconnect next to Instagram.

Either way we delete the access token, the platform user id and the stored handle. Posts already published to Instagram stay on Instagram — delete those in the Instagram app, since they belong to your account and not to us.

A whole workspace

A workspace admin can have the entire workspace erased: its analysed posts, ideas, generated assets, uploaded media, publishing history and every connected account. Request it from inside the app, or email privacy@ravinaro.com from an admin address. Export first via Settings → Export if you want a copy.

Your whole account

Email privacy@ravinaro.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We action it within 30 days and confirm by email.

A public post of yours that we analysed

If you are the author of a public post that appears in our corpus as source evidence, send the link to privacy@ravinaro.com and we will remove it, normally within 30 days. You do not need an account with us.

What we may keep, and for how long

We may retain the minimum required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes — principally billing records, for up to seven years. Backups are deleted on their own rolling cycle rather than individually edited. Nothing retained for these reasons is used to provide the service to anyone.

Deletion is permanent and we cannot undo it. If you might want the content later, use Settings → Export first.
